if you have no issues using thumbcache file artifacts on the first try: 1st - fuck you, and 2nd - congrats you have lucked out and do not have to suffer
if you do have issues - there are 2-3 things you can try and pray to the windows gods in hopes of it working. 1. use esentutl /p [files] and hope it works 2. create a new vm and pray to god it works 3. (this only applies in class) explain what you tried and why it doesnt work and hope for a not terrible grade glhf
